Responsibilities:
- Manage hospital operations, including front desk, patient flow, and administrative tasks
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth hospital operations
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Implement and monitor hospital policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve hospital goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration or related field
- 12+ years of experience in hospital administration
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software
