Job Summary
The Ayurveda Hospital Administrator, with an MBA in HR, Operations Management, or Healthcare Management, will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of various support services within the hospital. This includes overseeing the canteen, ambulance, bio-medical waste management, laundry, housekeeping, security, and maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Departmental Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the canteen, ambulance, bio-medical waste, laundry, housekeeping, security, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient department functioning.
• Monitor and evaluate department performance against established KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Human Resources:
• Manage the recruitment, selection, training, and development of staff within the departments.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Budgeting and Financial Management:
• Develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Monitor expenses and control costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them.
• Vendor Management:
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for various services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Identify and implement corrective actions.
• Emergency Preparedness:
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular emergency drills and training.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities in case of emergencies.
Qualifications
• MBA in HR, Operations Management, or Healthcare Management.
• Proven experience in hospital administration or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
