We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, which operates from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations across all departments.
• Promote collaboration among departments, staff leadership, and other services to enhance patient outcomes.
• Make informed decisions regarding workforce management and resource allocation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care, increase revenue, and meet organizational goals.
• Ensure that all departments adhere to regulatory compliance and maintain high standards.
• Analyze budgets and financial data to uncover opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hospital experience of 10 years or more is required.
• Proven ability to manage and improve operational efficiencies.
• Strong background in strategic planning and financial analysis.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Compensation:

• ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Location:

• Commute/Relocate : Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karikkad, Thrissur District, Kerala before starting work (Required).

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of total work experience is preferred.
