Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hospital Administrator with at least 5 + years of experience in managing operations at eye care or healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing patient experience, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including outpatient services, surgical schedules, and support services.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards specific to ophthalmology and eye care.

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

- Monitor hospital budgets, manage resources effectively, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal service delivery and patient care.

- Manage vendor relationships, including procurement of medical equipment and supplies.

- Implement patient feedback systems and continuously work on improving patient care and experience.

- Develop marketing and outreach initiatives to promote hospital services and strengthen community relations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Hospital Administrator, preferably in eye care or specialty clinics.

- Strong understanding of ophthalmology-specific healthcare operations, including regulatory compliance.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools is a plus.
