Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct engaging and structured training sessions on hospital administration and healthcare management. Cover key topics like hospital operations, patient care, medical records, compliance, and NABH standards. Develop course materials, case studies, and real-world scenarios. Guide students in practical applications and hospital workflows. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations. Stay updated on healthcare policies, accreditation standards, and industry trends. Provide career guidance and support for hospital administration roles.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree, Postgraduation, or Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare training, or management. Strong knowledge of hospital operations, NABH standards, medical laws, and patient care protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Familiarity with digital training tools and Microsoft Office. Teaching or training experience is a plus.
