Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Hospital Administration Faculty member. The position involves teaching add-on courses in Hospital Administration at various colleges across Kerala. The role requires the faculty to travel to different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures and conduct training sessions on Hospital Administration for add-on courses at multiple colleges across Kerala.
• Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assignments that align with the curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
• Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Hospital Administration to ensure course content remains relevant.
• Collaborate with college administration and faculty to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic program.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration (preferred).
• PG Diploma in Hospital Administration (considered if the candidate has relevant experience).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or relevant professional experience in Hospital Administration.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Hospital Administration principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala for teaching assignments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in curriculum development and academic program management.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Kerala.
