We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Administration Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring students, as well as a strong background in hospital administration.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver curriculum for hospital administration courses
• Conduct lectures, seminars, and workshops for students
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
• Participate in faculty meetings and committees
• Assist in student recruitment and retention efforts
• Participate in community outreach and professional development activities
Requirements:
• Master's degree or higher in Hospital Administration or a related field
• Previous teaching experience in hospital administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of hospital administration principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
