We are seeking a qualified and experienced faculty member to join our Hospital Administration department at SLBS Marklance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and research, mentoring students, and contributing to the development of academic programs in healthcare management and hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Teaching :

• Deliver lectures and conduct workshops in subjects related to hospital administration, healthcare management, healthcare law, healthcare economics, and related fields.
• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and course materials.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and thesis work.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies to engage students.

Research & Development :

• Engage in research activities and publish papers in reputable journals.
• Guide students in research methodologies and healthcare studies.
• Secure research grants and work on projects that advance the field of healthcare management.

Student Mentorship :

• Provide academic guidance and career counseling to students.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Administration & Departmental Contribution :

• Assist in departmental administrative tasks like course scheduling, accreditation processes, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the hospital administration team for practical exposure programs and partnerships.

Professional Development :

• Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare administration.
• Participate in faculty meetings, conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
