Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global OrganizationHOS Specialist responsible for driving Hw Accelerator deployment at BA India Gurgaon Site. Candidate from HOS matured site like world class or path to world class is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Develops strategy for Hw Accelerator deployment and continuous improvement by translating site objectives into actionable plans, drives execution and monitors for ongoing improvement opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for supporting Kaizen events to drive SQDIC performance and support the sites to structure MOS/HOS enablers to drive metrics improvements, leverage diagnostics assessment action planning to deliver business and customer imperatives and enable a lean factory\xc2\xb7 Responsible to coach sites on Smart Application of Accelerator to drive Break through Results and Organization culture of customer focus, People engagement, Passion to perform, problem solving, CI and right & fast.Key responsibilities:\xc2\xa7 Leads site pre-analysis that includes base-lining operational and financial measures. Develops and implements a plan to improve overall site functioning.\xc2\xa7 Coaches & mentor\'s leaders on Accelerator Deployment, aligning and linking Accelerator with plant performance and priorities.\xc2\xa7 Monitors maturity scorecards and develops actions to lead site through Accelerator maturity phases (Foundational, Bronze, Silver, World Class); drives continuous improvement following the Accelerator implementation framework.\xc2\xa7 Continually challenges conventional thinking, drives accountability for site and functional results and deployment, and sustains the application of the HOS. Excellent Organizational / Technical skills, serves as change agent with the plant leadership team and plant employees. Key mentor and coach for site leadership and operations.Basic Qualifications:\xc2\xa7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Manufacturing/Operations Management, Business, Engineering/Technical or Supply Chain\xc2\xa7 Must have 4+ years of cross-functional ISC and/or Six Sigma/Lean experience which includes Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Management, Quality and process improvements, developing a strong knowledge of site manufacturing processes.Additional Qualifications:\xc2\xa7 Lean Expert/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; possesses significant cycles of learning and conducting Kaizen events\xc2\xa7 Proven/experienced & working knowledge of Toyota Production System or similar benchmark lean manufacturing system\xc2\xa7 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and teach others across the organization and present up to senior leadership the Executive level\xc2\xa7 Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills\xc2\xa7 Basic understanding of the end to end business processes from customer order to supply base with experience in value stream mapping, lean methodologies, material planning, pull systems, etc.\xc2\xa7 Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, develop organizational capability and drive process excellence\xc2\xa7 Demonstrated project management expertise and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization\xc2\xa7 Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments\xc2\xa7 Demonstrate strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills Demonstrated ability to build, manage, energize and motivate high performing teams.Additional Information
