The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the school\'s outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and other greenery. This role requires someone who can blend creative vision with practical expertise to create a vibrant and sustainable environment that aligns with the school\'s ethos and standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain landscaping plans that align with the school\'s aesthetic and environmental standards.
• Manage and oversee the planting, cultivation, and care of trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns on campus.
• Implement sustainable gardening practices, including water conservation techniques, composting, and organic pest management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with the school administration for landscaping projects, including budgeting, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Train and supervise gardening staff, ensuring that best practices in horticulture are followed.
• Engage with the school community to promote environmental awareness and integrate horticultural learning opportunities into the educational program.

• A degree or diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in landscape design, maintenance, and horticulture, preferably in an educational or large institutional setting.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil health, pest control, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff members.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting environmental sustainability.
