Opportunity to work with one of India,s biggest real estate Developer Pan India presence Day to day monitoring of horticulture maintenance & up keeping. . Yearly budget & proposals of horticulture work design of plantation schemes for landscape beautification and maintenance. . Extensive knowledge on seasonal plantation like herbs, shrubs and advance horticulture standards. . Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of horticulture works at commercial sites. . Establish the environmental conditions required to grow trees, flowers and plants, and design planting and care schedules accordingly. . Determine type and quantity of stock to grow. . Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying stock. . Responsible for identifying, treatment and control insect, disease and weed problems. . Order materials such as fertilizer, garden and lawn care equipment, and other nursery related accessories. . Maintain records on stock, finances and personnel. . Coordinate with site operations team and ensure consumables required are in stock. . Periodic presentation on the overall horticulture improvement done, future plans, benchmarking, green footprint enhanced, water saved, environmental contribution etc. . Developing and implanting horticulture maintenance plan to ensure that overall health, aesthetics, and functionality of each properties green/landscape spaces. . Oversee the implementation of pest management programs and ensure that all chemicals and pesticides are applied safely and appropriately. . Keeping up to date with the latest trends, innovations and best practises in horticulture maintenance and upkeep, and integrating these into property\'s maintenance plan as appropriate. . Ensuring that horticulture practises are environmentally responsible and sustainable. . To ensure that working conditions are safe with necessary work permits. . To conduct periodic meetings with site operations in charge on the yearly calendar. . Keep track of newer developments and best practices in the field and implement the same for better yield. The Successful Applicant Strong supervisory skill sets & Target orientated one. . Basic knowledge of plants science. . Knowledge in Pesticides & Fertilizers applications. . Different types of Irrigation methods. . Landscaping plants maintenance schedules. . Knowledge in Open Vege cultivation & Orchard management. .
