SID Constructions is looking for a Horticulture cum Landscaping Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Design, plan, and oversee the installation of landscapes, gardens, and green spaces according to client specifications, budget, and timeline Conduct soil analyses, identify plants, pests, and diseases, and recommend appropriate treatments and solutions. Select, source, and manage the procurement of plants, materials, and equipment required for landscape projects Develop and maintain irrigation systems and schedule regular maintenance and repairs Train, supervise, and manage a team of workers, including providing guidance and feedback on work performance and ensuring adherence to safety standards Create and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders, including cost estimates, timelines, and design plans Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals Monitor project progress and manage timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Provide expert advice to clients on plant selection, placement, and care Maintain a high level of knowledge in the areas of horticulture, landscaping, and related fields through research, training, and networking Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resource Ability to present ideas and plans to clients and stakeholders Preferred: Diploma / Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture with 10+ years of experience Skillset: Landscaping, Soil testing Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule:
