Key Responsibilities

1. Hookah Preparation

• Pack and prepare the hookah bowl with tobacco (often called shisha), making sure to balance flavors and achieve optimal airflow.
• Light and manage the coals, adjusting for heat to ensure a consistent smoking experience.
• Set up and assemble hookah equipment, ensuring airtight connections and clean hoses.

2. Customer Service

• Greet and interact with customers, assisting with flavor selection based on taste preferences.
• Educate guests on how to use the hookah properly and provide tips on smoking etiquette.
• Respond to customer requests promptly, including flavor or coal changes as needed.

3. Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Regularly clean hookah equipment, including hoses, bowls, bases, and mouthpieces, following hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring hookahs and related equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
• Replace worn or damaged parts to ensure the safety and efficiency of the hookah setup.

4. Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor and manage inventory of shisha flavors, coals, and other hookah-related supplies.
• Communicate with management regarding stock levels and place orders as needed.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, especially regarding the handling and disposal of hot coals.
• Follow the establishment's guidelines on age verification for patrons wishing to smoke hookah.
• Comply with local laws and regulations regarding hookah and tobacco use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
