Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Establish a positive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Monitor and assess student academic performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Communicate regularly with students and families regarding academic progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine instructional practices and curriculum materials.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and strategies.
• Organize and supervise classroom activities, ensuring the health and safety of all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification for the applicable grade level.
• Strong knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and engagement with students and parents.
• Proficiency in assessment techniques and data analysis to inform instructional practices.
• Experience with classroom management and conflict resolution strategies.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
