Home Room Facilitator

for

Grades 1 & 2

. The ideal candidate will play a central role in guiding the overall academic and personal development of young learners. This role requires a strong command over English, an engaging classroom presence, and the ability to build meaningful connections with children.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate learning across

core subjects

(English, EVS, Mathematics) as per the

CBSE curriculum

for Grades 1 & 2. Create a

child-friendly, inclusive, and activity-based classroom environment

that fosters inquiry and joy of learning. Develop and execute lesson plans aligned with learning objectives and 21st-century skills. Maintain continuous

assessment and progress records

of each student. Communicate effectively with parents and participate in parent-teacher interactions and school events. Foster essential life skills, good habits, and discipline in daily routines. Collaborate with subject facilitators and coordinators to implement school-wide academic strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, English, or a related field);

B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.

Prior experience in

early primary or lower primary

teaching in a CBSE school preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and strong classroom management. Ability to engage with young children patiently and positively. Creative, energetic, and adaptable teaching approach.
