Job Description
Qualification:- Any degree holder /Bachelors of physiotherapy
Experience:- 01 yr
Daily + Monthly till date data updates
Day today communication and coordination with Therapist
CRM Management (Scheduling + Closing + New patient registration + Other functions)
Billing Reconciliation + Freelancer invoicing and payment management
Service cancellation and discontinuation monitoring and taking necessary escalation to manager
Connecting as well as follow-up with the new patient for Therapy and making conversion
Discharge Patient feedback monitoring and updating to manager for the service excellence
Session reconciliation for salary processing of CCF therapist and freelancer
Therapy session management (Allocation and Replacement)
Patient follow-ups for better conversion and further referral channels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
