Job Title: Home Loan Relationship Executive

Shilp Group is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Loan Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the loan process for our customers, coordinating with banks and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking loans for real estate transactions, providing guidance and support throughout the loan application process.
• Prepare loan documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure the best loan terms and conditions for clients
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their loan applications and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial partners to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
