Job Overview :

The Home Loan Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing home loan clients, providing personalized loan advice, and ensuring seamless processing of home loan applications. They will work directly with customers to understand their financial requirements, offer appropriate loan products, and guide them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Client Acquisition :
• Generate leads and acquire new home loan customers through various channels (e.g., referrals, cold calls, events, digital marketing).
• Promote home loan products to potential customers and explain the benefits and features.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate loan products.
• Loan Application Process :
• Assist clients in filling out home loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is provided.
• Collect and verify client information, including financial history, property details, and credit scores.
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to evaluate applications and ensure they meet loan eligibility criteria.
• Customer Service :
• Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have during the loan application process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their loan application status.
• Compliance and Documentation :
• Ensure all home loan transactions comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications in CRM or related systems.
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and complete.
• Post-Loan Service :
• Follow up with customers after loan approval and disbursement to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with any post-loan queries, payment issues, or documentation requests.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis :
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in home loan policies.
• Provide feedback on product features and customer demands to help improve loan offerings.
• Targets and Reporting :
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company for home loan disbursement and new client acquisition.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on loan application statuses, sales progress, and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
