Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HHA Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in the HHA course, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The trainer will leverage their experience in nursing and teaching to deliver high-quality training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
• GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
• B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
• Certification: TOT (Training of Trainers) certification is mandatory. Candidates with TOT certification will be given priority.
• Experience: Proven experience in training and teaching students, particularly in healthcare-related courses.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
