Full-Time Registered Nurse for Homecare position with Avanta Healthcare Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in home healthcare. Roles And Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
• Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families/caregivers on proper healthcare practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
