Locations: Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh


Reporting to: Home Managers in the respective States


Responsibilities:


• Program Coordination and Implementation
• Caregiver Support and Supervision
• Beneficiaries Engagement and Satisfaction
• Data Collection and Reporting
• Training and Development
• Community and Stakeholder Engagement


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social services, healthcare coordination, or community work, preferably in elderly care.
• Prior experience in caregiver supervision, program coordination, or beneficiary relationship management is an advantage.


Skills and Competencies:


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and beneficiary centered care.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with reporting tools is an asset.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support services is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the cluster/region as required.
