Job Description

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals according to client's dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organization.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Ensure the client's home is safe, comfortable, and clean.
• Help clients with medication reminders, but not administer medications.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as required.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs and reports.
• Follow care plans and report any deviations to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), or completion of an accredited home care training program (preferred).
• Previous experience in homecare or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility, including transferring clients.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, nutrition, and first aid.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with the ability to work independently.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
