As a mid-level Holiday Travel Planner, you will play a pivotal role in designing and coordinating tailor-made holidays, providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service.

•Holiday Planning:•

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and specific requirements.
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of various destinations, attractions, and accommodations to curate personalized travel itineraries.
• Design creative and innovative holiday packages that cater to different interests, including adventure, cultural experiences, luxury, or family-friendly vacations.
• Incorporate client feedback and suggestions to refine and finalize holiday plans.
• Destination Research and Knowledge:
• Continuously stay updated with the latest travel trends, emerging destinations, and unique experiences.
• Conduct comprehensive research on destinations, including local customs, visa requirements, transportation options, and safety considerations.
• Maintain a robust database of information, including hotels, restaurants, activities, and attractions, to provide accurate and up-to-date recommendations to clients.

•Customer Service:•

• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs to provide exceptional service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Provide expert advice on travel logistics, including flights, transfers, accommodations, and local transportation.
• Handle any customer concerns, complaints, or requests, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

•Supplier Coordination:•

• Liaise with local travel partners, hotels, airlines, and tour operators to negotiate competitive rates and secure reservations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of travel arrangements, including coordinating transfers, activities, and special requests.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and staying informed about new offerings and promotions.

•Administrative Tasks:•

• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel itineraries, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and present detailed travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, and travel insurance information.
• Keep track of financial transactions, including client payments, supplier invoices, and commission calculations.

•Requirements:•

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Travel Planner or in a similar role, preferably in the holiday travel segment.
• Excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client requests and travel arrangements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results within deadlines.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours, especially during peak travel seasons.
• Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
