As a Holiday Consultant - Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of holiday packages, from planning to execution. You will coordinate with various departments such as sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure that all aspects of the holiday packages are delivered seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will be to
1) Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences for holiday packages.
2) Plan and design holiday packages, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals, based on customer needs and budget.
3) Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transportation companies, and activity providers to secure bookings and ensure availability for holiday packages.
4) Oversee the execution of holiday packages, ensuring all components are delivered as promised to customers.
5) Maintain communication with customers throughout the holiday to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
6) Coordinate transportation logistics, including flights, transfers, and vehicle rentals, to ensure smooth transitions for customers during their holidays.
7) Manage inventory and resources necessary for holiday packages, such as equipment for activities and supplies for meals.
8) Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and secure the best deals for holiday packages.
9) Maintain accurate records of all holiday packages, including bookings, reservations, and customer interactions.
You'll need to have
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
