As a Holiday Consultant at Zahra Tours and Travels, you will play a pivotal role in designing and organizing tailor-made holiday packages for our discerning clientele. Drawing upon your expertise in travel planning and destination knowledge, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their travel aspirations and preferences, curating bespoke itineraries that exceed their expectations and create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, budget, and any special requirements or requests.

2. Itinerary Design: Design customized travel itineraries that align with clients' preferences, incorporating desired destinations, activities, accommodations, transportation, and experiences.

3. Destination Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, including attractions, landmarks, cultural experiences, and local cuisine, to recommend suitable options and enhance the overall travel experience.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, promotions, and offerings in the industry, leveraging this knowledge to create innovative and attractive holiday packages for clients.

5. Quote Preparation: Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for customized holiday packages, including pricing, inclusions, terms, and conditions, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

6. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the booking process, providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and offering assistance as needed.

7. Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers, ensuring seamless logistics and confirming reservations in accordance with clients' preferences.

8. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise and striving to enhance the overall customer experience.

9. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as travel insurance, airport transfers, guided tours, and special experiences, to enhance the value of the holiday package.

10. Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients following their travel experience, gathering insights to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, or related roles, with a strong track record of designing and selling customized holiday packages.

3. Excellent knowledge of global travel destinations, including popular tourist attractions, cultural landmarks, and unique experiences.

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver personalized service.

5. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth through the sale of holiday packages and ancillary services.

6. Proficiency in travel reservation systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.

7. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for clients.
