HOD- Subject matter experts for English & Mathematics.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with team to develop enrich textbooks, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, digital resources (PPTS ) and classroom management techniques for teachers and childrenIntegrate innovative teaching methodologies and strategies into the curriculum.Oversee the development and implementation of assessment tools.identify trends and implement strategies for improvement.Desired Candidate Profile- Train Primary levelsMinimum Master's degree with10+ years of teaching experience in English/ Mathematics and Recent training experience in the current curriculumBrings in innovative methodologies, new insights and practices in lesson plan delivery facilitating improvement in the learning process.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current best practices in pedagogy and innovation.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and educational best practices.
- Strong research skills with innovative and creative ideas for designing and delivering teaching and learning resources.
- Experience in Voice over and Power Point Presentations.
- Ability to work with technology with a good understanding of MS office and other e-learning platforms.
- Attention to detail to ensure that the teaching and learning resources are error-free and meet the required standards.
