About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HOD Sales to head our sales team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.
Objectives:
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth for the Central India.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Set sales targets and quotas for individual team members and the team as a whole.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in sales (experience in edutech sales is a plus)
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
