Sales Operations:\xc2\xb7 Ensure correct and timely booking of orders to achieve targets.\xc2\xb7 Manage Management Information System (MIS) activities.\xc2\xb7 Check and correct MIS reports.\xc2\xb7 Prepare MI Business Analysis.4. Business Support:\xc2\xb7 Prepare PA BRM slides deck.\xc2\xb7 Handle SieSales.\xc2\xb7 Manage ISO 9000 documentation.\xc2\xb7 Handle audit-related activities for entire MI.\xc2\xb7 Handle compliance-related topics with respect to channels.\xc2\xb7 Manage Orbit tool maintenance and queries.Qualifications:Graduate/MBA in Electronics/Instrumentation.Experience:6-8 years of relevant experience.Job Requirements:1. Proficient in Siemens HO Sales processes such as Order Booking, Special Pricing, Margin Calculations, etc.2. Proficient in SAP processes including Order Management, Price Updation, and Pricing Conditions updates.3. Experience in Channel Management activities including Channel Onboarding, Authorization Letters, Violation Letters, Credit Notes, etc.4. Experience in MIS activities such as Sales & Channel Performance analysis, Business Analysis, Setting Sales Targets & Incentives, etc.5. Coordination of Marketing Events, ISO Audits, and Internal Approvals (Legal/Compliance).
