From bank\'s pre-existing relationship (such as existing clients of CorpSal/Life Insurance/Corporate Banking/wholesale banking/treasury etc.) by coordinating with respective department/relationship manager.
Handle end-to-end activities such as presentation, proposal submission, corporate empanelment, documentation, employ enrolment, engagement /helpdesk activity for maximization of business.
To service existing and new clients acquired during the period :
Help in enrolling newly joined employees, contribution processing, MIS, non-financial transaction processing, help desk for existing clients, refund processing, Grievance handling etc.
Intra department coordination (coordinate with cross functional departments for receiving leads, coordinate with legal team for handling queries pertaining to NDA/SLA, coordinate with CPC for form processing/PRAN generation/rejection/contribution processing etc.)
Coordinate & support NPS enabled branches for maximizing NSP offering to Bank customers.
Job Requirements
2-5 years of experience in corporate/retail sales preferably banking/financial/investment products.
Proven track record of driving customer first focus and achieving sales target and.
Relationship Management with customer centric/servicing approach and leverage the same for driving volumes.
Should be result oriented, go getter with a high passion for numbers and ability to work under target focused approach.
