Job Description
:Grade : E0:He/ She will be responsible for:Drive APY and increase the APY count.
- Share regular MIS and update with seniors and respective teams.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing teams for conducting campaigns.
- Ensure timely response to branches / channels on queries raised.
- Periodic review & updation of the product/process need to be ensured.
- Manage APY Income Process.
- Manage grievances and service requests.
- Co-ordinate with the respective stake holders for driving, automation and system development of APY, PMJJBY & PMSBY.
- Review of the product and processes on a timely basis.
- Vendor billing tracking, validation and ensuring timely payments.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reporting / responses as necessary
