Business Description Product Manager Role is responsible for strategy, roadmap and customer experience for the product/ program across various channels/ media available. It involves comprehensive understanding of all the key stake holders viz consumer industry regulator organization, channels. A product manager develops holistic understanding of the industry at product level including dynamics, markets and consumer behavior affecting the product distribution. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, etc. in all branches in the region mapped Would be responsible for working on solutions for transaction & Government banking business like Payments, Collections, digital solutions, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Government departments, Creating Business Solutions, Digital solutions for Mandates and Understanding and Tracking Market Trends and Competition Monitoring Checks and balances on the portfolio to understand the portfolio behavior Ability to innovate across product lines Driving Product Campaigns basis customer insights and analytics. Conceptualize and Execute Reward and recognition program Work on various mandates received by bank to acquire government Regulatory & Process Ability to understand and keep a track of regulatory landscape Understanding Data Trends, picking out inefficiencies in product/process and formulating Corrective actionable.
