This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services and platforms.Airbus is looking for a Group Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Digital for Operations - Procurement to join the Bangalore, India location.The Group Manager is part of the Digital function and is responsible for the day to day management of Procurement team, which is located within Digital for Operations part of our Digital Global In-house Centre (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.Digital for Operations is responsible for developing and maintaining applications across different Products using ERP(SAP) and Non ERP platforms with high level technologies and functional architecture. Our team is answering business needs from the whole Airbus organization across the world, mainly Europe, related to the Operations and Industrial landscape. The team follows the last way of working such as agile-at-scale, with several squads working in parallel to deliver products in a user centric approach (customer satisfaction).. The team is working in close collaboration with the Products Managers in Europe.As a Group Manager, you will be working with Various Digital Mobile applications (ERP & NoN ERP) teams to achieve the ambitious goal of digital transformation in the Industrial context. Specifically considering the technical and functional skills, it is expected that you are passionate about delivery and service excellence, with a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. You will establish team goals by fully understanding the business strategy and considering the organizational priorities, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. You will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring coaching and leading the team in the right direction.Primary responsibilitiesManage and lead the Procurement team within the respect of Airbus values in close collaboration with the Product Manager in EuropeDesign and Develop solution for Operations in Airbus Commercial division using Mobile technologiesStrong Knowledge on SAP PP/SAP ABAP/.net Full StackUnderstanding of programming, algorithms, software engineering principles, software architecture, and software testingWork closely with various Product Service leaders across Airbus Domains to optimize the tools and processes to bring standard and sustainable toolsEnable team to drive simplification and optimization of daily activities and tools being used across domainSupport team in building the roadmap on plan for future applicationsLead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when it\xe2\x80\x99s required.Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization\'s policies and proceduresDevelop the team to take the delegation and empower them to take responsibility for their jobs and goalsConsciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization\'s goal and objectivesManage work timing schedules, job rotation and vacations of the teamMaintain transparent and appropriate communication with the teamResponsible to take business decisions in accordance with organization policies and proceduresResponsible for overall budget managementTake the accountability of developing and maintaining a detailed project follow-up & ensure that deliverables are in line with the timeline. Manage accordingly risks through mitigation planningAbility to provide solutions, determine overall management direction and provide recommendations for complex issuesManaging coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projectsManage global communications and alignment with all stakeholdersLiaises with, and updates progress to, senior managementOverall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspectsConduct the performance evaluation of the teamHelp the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competenciesContinuously look new opportunities within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services SolutionsQualification & ExperienceGraduate/Post Graduate with 12+ years of experience in procurement processes and Full Stack development or SAP technologies. Experience in delivering critical applications/projects with following criteria:Expert level:Leadership skills & Project ManagementBusiness / affairs ManagementProject ManagementService Delivery ManagementAbility to engage and motivate peopleExperience in building new teamsDefining technology roadmapsAgile Safe MethodologiesIntermediate level (Good to have):Knowledge in Aerospace domainKnowledge in Industrial domainQuality management System awareness is desirableITIL, PMP certification is highly desirableSuccess Metrics
