This vertical specializes in converting/acquiring/sourcing/ /upgrading/ Cross selling on digitally acquired leads for 811 Savings accounts. ASM-Digital Sales manages 8 to 10 Digital Sales Managers within the cluster assigned. Total team size ranging from 100 to 150 AMDs. He ensures effective management of Managers who in turn manage Acquisition Managers Digital (AMD). He is accountable for budgeted headcount on board, team structure, people development; meeting KRA\'s and ensuring infra related support for the team to perform. Description for Internal CandidatesJob Role:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving the business objectives of Digital Sales Team for the assigned area\xc2\xb7 To recruit and train the team members on regular basis.
