Responsibilities :
HMC Maintenance Responsibilities
• Regular Inspections : Routine checks of hydraulic systems, fluid levels, and components.
• Fluid Replacement : Regularly changing hydraulic fluids to ensure optimal performance.
• System Testing : Testing hydraulic systems for leaks, pressure, and overall functionality.
• Component Checks : Inspecting hoses, pumps, and actuators for wear and damage.
• Calibration : Ensuring control systems are calibrated for precise operation.
VMC Maintenance Responsibilities
• Cleaning : Regular cleaning of the machine to prevent debris buildup.
• Lubrication : Routine lubrication of moving parts to reduce friction and wear.
• Tool Maintenance : Checking and replacing cutting tools as needed.
• Calibration : Ensuring precision in machining by calibrating axes and tooling.
• Software Updates : Keeping CNC software up to date for optimal performance.
5 years or above of experience in same field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Experience:
• VMC & HMC Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
