SME |6-8 YRS
- 8 + working experienced in Hitachi and IBM storage HDS ( F-Series,VSP F900/G700, 5600, 1090)
- Replication technologies (Shadow Image, True Copy,HUR)
- Good experience in handling storage virtualization and heterogeneous environment.
- Experience in storage migration using Virtualization and GAD.
- Should have handled storage migration project (both same vendor and multiple vendors)
- Experience on CCI and working knowledge on HORCM.
- Experience in GAD
- Hands on experience on Hitachi Ops center and its components.
- Excellent understanding of Storage Fabric (Brocade) management.
- Good communication skill to manage the clients.
- Working with cross functional team.
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, UNIX OS,
- Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team
- Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute - High complexity; Critical & Emergency Changes
- Strong knowledge of IT processes (ITIL and PMP) & Information Security policies and its applicability
- Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis
- Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implemented
- Excellent written, oral communication skills, credibility, interpersonal skills
- Responsible for SLA compliance
- GCP and AWS cloud experience with migrations is added advantage
- Basic knowledge on scripting and automation and should have knowledge of any storage automation product.
- Experienced in managing conflicts.
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
