: Windows Administrator with Failover Cluster Expertise for Global IT MNC Greetings From 2COMS Group! Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 5+ years Must-Have: The candidate should possess 5 years of relevant experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Failover Cluster, IIS :

• Proficient in managing Windows Physical servers such as CISCO, HP, Dell, Fujitsu, etc.

• Expertise or strong understanding of Raid configuration and troubleshooting related issues including accessibility, network, BSOD, disk, and storage.

• Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix technology and adept at managing Virtual Microsoft Windows servers.

• Capable of handling OS accessibility, network, performance, and other operational issues.

• Proficient in server induction, OS installation (onsite or remotely via console or ILO), and disk-related actions.

• Strong exposure to Microsoft failover cluster (Creation, reconfiguration, migrations, cluster disk-related tasks).

• Proficient in IIS (Site creation, migration, troubleshooting).

• Skilled in troubleshooting performance issues, site reachability issues, and different status codes (e.g., 200, 300, 400, 500 Series).

• Proficient in log analysis including IIS logs, HTTPERROR logs, Freb, worker process dump analysis, OS log analysis perfmon, memory dumps, Netmon.

• In-depth knowledge of OS to identify the cause for RCA during outages.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

• Basic or intermediate knowledge of cloud concepts like Azure, Oracle, Google.

• Proficient in basic tasks related to different clouds like Azure, Oracle, Google.

• Proactive management and maintenance of servers, Virtual environment for high uptime.

• Design and implementation of monitoring, configuration management, and reporting functions for a hands-off environment.

• Documentation of best practices and support procedures.

• Provision of after-hours support for Infrastructure-related emergencies and occasional weekend maintenance.

• 5+ years of experience in Windows OS, Microsoft Failover Cluster, IIS

• Proficiency in managing Windows Physical servers

• Strong understanding of Raid configuration and troubleshooting
