Edify World School Attapur, Hyderabad is hiring Carnatic Vocal Teacher with 2-4 years experience in CBSE / Cambridge Schools. As a Carnatic Vocal Teacher, you will be responsible for imparting traditional South Indian classical music to students of various age groups in a school setting. Your role involves developing a structured curriculum, teaching vocal techniques, raga, tala, and compositions, and fostering a deep appreciation for Carnatic music among students. You will play a crucial role in nurturing the musical talents of students and promoting the cultural heritage of Carnatic music.

- Curriculum Development and Instruction:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Carnatic music curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the school\'s goals.
- Teach students the fundamentals of Carnatic music, including voice training, swara exercises, alankaras, varnas, kritis, and other compositions.
- Assess students\' musical abilities and progress through regular evaluations, performances, and examinations.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students, catering to their unique learning needs and abilities.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Music, preferably with a specialization in Carnatic vocal music.
- Proven experience in teaching Carnatic vocal music to students, preferably in a school setting.
- Proficiency in singing and teaching various aspects of Carnatic music, including raga, tala, and compositions.
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

- Making lesson plans: 1 year (Preferred)
