The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills and a strong ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance teams to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Provide regular training and mentoring to teams to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance and provide necessary support to improve results.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay updated on trends and opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals as set by the company.
• Ensure excellent customer service and support to retain clients.
