About Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer (UI/UX) to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs. You will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling graphics across various platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilize Figma to design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outputs.
• Activate insights from design research and foundational design principles by creating user experiences based on scenarios and user flows.
• Understand business goals to align with user needs and translate business requirements into the best design solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
• Maintain and update design libraries and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Develop creative concepts for video projects, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and animatics.
• Design visual elements such as logos, infographics, and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality videos from concept to delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of projects by managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, XD, Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Corel Draw.
• Strong knowledge in Web/Mobile App UI Design, Animation Principles, Video Storyboarding, Video Editing.
• Excellent understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Strong understanding of global design trends.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
