We are seeking enthusiastic and nurturing Preschool Teachers to join our esteemed institution. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 2-8 years. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for child development, creativity, patience, and the ability to engage children through enjoyable and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and deliver lessons based on curriculum standards.
• Monitor the social, emotional, and intellectual development of students.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning.
• Maintain accurate records of grades and attendance.
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
• Provide constructive feedback on student work.
• Providing individualized attention to children
• Communicating with parents and caregivers
• Supervising outdoor and indoor activities
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff
• Organizing and participating in events and activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. (B.Ed. in Nursery or Elementary Education is a plus)
• Knowledge of child development, play-based learning, and classroom management for young children.
• Familiarity with child development theories and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Classroom management and organizational skills.
• Creativity and flexibility in lesson planning.
• Patience and empathy for working with diverse students.
• Technological literacy for integrating digital tools into teaching.
• Understanding of child psychology and behavior management
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues
• Flexible and adaptable to different learning styles
• Understanding of health and safety regulations for young children
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
