1. Training Delivery & Presentation:
• Conduct on-site and in-person training sessions for Retail center staff, covering soft skills, customer
service, and operational compliances.
• Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of various teams.
2. Soft Skills Training:
• Facilitate training on grooming, communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer
service.
• Foster a positive learning environment to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.
3. Training Content Development:
• Collaborate with Training Manager to design, update and improve training materials, handouts, and
assessment sheets.
• Ensure training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
4. Performance Monitoring and Support:
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance
metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to center staff to reinforce learning and address
performance gaps.
5. Audit and Compliance:
• Conduct regular audits to evaluate the implementation of Operational compliance with industry
standards, legal regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to management and center staff.
Salary : 23k to 27k (In-hand) + Travelling Allowance
Qualification : Bachelors Degree Mandatory
