: ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) - PEP Administrator Experience: 8+ years Location: Remote Must-Have: The candidate should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow JOB SUMMARY We are in need of a ServiceNow Engineer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee platform configurations, streamline workflows, and maintain system stability. The role involves managing administration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules to meet the operational requirements. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM), scripting, troubleshooting, and CMDB utilization to promote automation and enhance productivity. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a ServiceNow Engineer or similar position

• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow platform configurations and workflows

• Proficiency in ITSM, scripting, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with CMDB and its application

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving automation and efficiency through ServiceNow

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• 8+ years of experience in a related field
