The role involves building and managing a team of agents, driving life insurance sales, and achieving business targets while ensuring a high level of agent engagement and productivity.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to drive sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through the agency network.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and mentorship to agents to enhance their performance.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops to keep agents motivated and updated on products and sales techniques.
• Develop strategies to expand the customer base and improve market penetration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and customers to foster loyalty and retention.
