Job Summary:We are looking for an HR to join us as Sr Manager HR. In this role, you will shape and lead our People & Culture strategy, ensuring it aligns with Pant Projectsxe2x80x99s goal to support growth. You will oversee multiple HR functions and create outstanding employee experiences for both our Corporate and Retail teams.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: - Drive the People & Culture strategy to align with both short-term and long-term business objectives - Lead the setup and management of multiple functions, including the Corporate team and Retail team, ensuring exceptional employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle - Ensure fair, respectful, and consistent treatment of employees in line with business values and objectivesPayroll and Compliance Management: - Manage Keka(Our Internal HR Management Software) and external payroll vendors to ensure service level agreements are met - Ensure timely processing of all statutory payments and employee benefits - Ensure the filing of returns as per local compliance and government instructions. - Support fundraise payroll-related audit matters - Maintain a strong understanding of Indian employment laws, labor laws, local payroll practices, and statutory payroll regulations (including tax, provident fund, salary structure, etc.)Employee Engagement: - Proactively provide creative and engaging solutions to motivate employees at different career points for both corporate and retail teams Collaboration and Relationship Building: - Drive initiatives to support the implementation of P&C programs and initiatives - Harmonise people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for all employees Coaching and Development: - Recognize strengths in others and encourage ownership of personal development - Address sub-standard work and uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conductQualifications & Experience:- Successful track record as an HR in a progressive, fast-paced environment, preferably with 6+ years of experience - Experience working at a start-up is highly desirable - Experience in Keka or similar HR Management Tools Skills & Competencies: - Highly passionate about understanding Startups with a genuine interest in people - Ability to influence stakeholders independently and build collaborative relationships - Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and apply good judgment to resolve problems Personal Attributes: - Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and proposes the right talent
