Main ObjectiveDeliver the highest levels of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-LloydFunction and duties:\xc2\xb7 Handle Customer phone calls\xc2\xb7 Act as point of entry for Booking / Bills of Lading / Imports inquiries\xc2\xb7 Know how of the booking process in the shipping cycle and answering booking related queries.\xc2\xb7 End to end Imports cycle process\xc2\xb7 Handle cases correspondence with customer on potential claim requests\xc2\xb7 Act as point of entry for Bills of Lading inquiries\xc2\xb7 Handle documentation exceptions and hard errors, acting proactively to resolve problems to guarantee the service delivery\xc2\xb7 When required, handle B/L amendments for urgent cases\xc2\xb7 Bill additional costs / fees to customer where applicable\xc2\xb7 Process invoice amendments (reversals) received via e-mail\xc2\xb7 Handle Bill of Lading releases requests (Telex release, certificates)\xc2\xb7 Proactively acts to improve customs and documentation processes (e.g. monitoring of SI quality and time, revenue handling, customer profile)\xc2\xb7 Build expertise in all topics related to Export Documentation\xc2\xb7 Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management\xc2\xb7 Complete all functional HIP training timely\xc2\xb7 Exclusively support GAM / NOK segment\xc2\xb7 University degree or equivalent\xc2\xb7 2+ years industry experience in transportation industry\xc2\xb7 Very good command of written and spoken English\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of MS Office\xc2\xb7 Able to work well with others and follow guidelines\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude\xc2\xb7 Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one\'s self for personal development
