Responsible for Corporate and offline travel agent room sale for the hotel.
Assist and facilitate the corporate clients to make bookings over telephone and mails.
Conducts daily sales calls, try to fix physical meeting with the admins at their office or arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
Able to provide quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, develop professional long term business relationships.
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times and maintain good feedback and reviews.
Develop strong relationships with property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Prerequisites:
Relevant experience in a similar role and environment.
Have good presentation skills Be an excellent negotiator
Think creatively to come up with exciting new campaigns
Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
Polished personal presentation with Warm, confident and hospitable personality.
Experience: Hospitality experience mandatory
Industry: Hotel industry
Education: Graduation or above, MBA Sales & Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
Salary: 40k To 45k per month
