We work with global clients to deliver customized ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation.: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head - USA to lead our sales efforts in the USA region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in selling SaaS-based services and managing a high-performance sales team. This hybrid role, based out of Pune, involves overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth in the US market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the USA market to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the USA for ServiceNow SaaS-based solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, lead generation, and closing deals in the enterprise sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery) to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and stay ahead in the market.
  • Should be open to work in the challenging Startup-Environment.
QualificationsQualifications:
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in selling SaaS-based services in the USA market.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (Pune-based).
