The role focuses on recruiting Team, driving insurance sales, and achieving business targets while managing a team effectively.
Jobs Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance Teams to achieve sales goals.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Provide coaching and support to agents to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Ensure team adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
