Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience with Sale of Land / Plots / Industrial units will be Given First Preference
• To plan various activities as per the phase-wise marketing strategic plan.
• Business development in the identified and focus areas.
• A Sense of responsibility, optimism, patience, and ability to work in a team.
• Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
• The progress report should be submitted in brief to HOD about the activities are done.
• Manage day to day work of Sales and Marketing

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate must have a very strong hold on sales and mark in the Real Estate field who can break the target which is assigned to him or to his team.
• Selling Experience of luxury Residential Projects at the Prime location of City.
• Preparing the Sales and Marketing plan with the help of team members.
• Strong communication skills, grasping power, and reasoning ability.
• Ability to adjust to changing environment.
• A Sense of responsibility, optimism, patience, and ability to work in a team.
• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude will be much appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
