Hiring PROJECT COORDINATOR -IT job vacancy in Durgapur ,WB.

DEPARTMENT - Project Management

LOCATION- Durgapur, Webel IT Park, Phase II.

• QUALIFICATION- B. Tech / B. C. A / M. Tech / M. C. A / B. Sc / M. Sc
• 1 Year Experience
• SKILLSET Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point. Proficiency in programming languages (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters
• Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables and tracking progress
• Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials and reports for meetings
• Ensuring that project deadlines are met and communicating any potential risks or delays
• Providing administrative support as needed and managing project-related paperwork
• Ensuring relevant client are informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• o Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.

Desired Skills:

• Strong Command of Programming Language.
• Possess MS office knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal and external staff is essential, ensuring that all written correspondence is of a high standard and that all conversations can be tailored to the level of the client.
• Ability to work with a large variety of clients collaborate across business units and teams.
• Well-developed sense of urgency.
• Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude.
• Enjoy working on a team and comfortable sharing responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of project management
